At Lily Luxe Beauty, every service is designed to feel calm, elevated, and deeply personalized. To protect the quality of your experience and honor our limited appointment availability, please review the following policies before booking. Appointment Reservation: All services are appointment only. A valid card is required to reserve your booking. Because we intentionally limit daily appointment, each time slot is held exclusively for one guest. Cancelation & Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancelations or schedule change. - Cancelation made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the schedule service. - Same day cancelations may be charged 100% of the schedule service. No Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charge 100% of the reserved service amount. Repeated no shows may require prepayment for future booking. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your service. - Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time. - Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be considered as a missed appointment and subject to a full service charge. Respecting Our Time & Clients: As a private, one-on-one studio with limited availability, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancelations and no-shows impact other clients who are waiting for availability.
